As a new kind of environmental protection flooring, SPC (stone plastic composite) takes advantages of "0" Formaldehyde, waterproof, fire-prevent, mothproof, and easy-installation.

The SPC basic layer is extruded by an extrusion combined with a "T" mould. We then apply the PVC wear layer, PVC film deco layer, and SPC basic layer in a Calendaring Machine featuring three or four rolls. All layers are pressed by a hot machine process, allowing for various surface textures without the use of glue.

Because the raw material is green and healthy, SPC flooring planks contain no harmful ingredients such as heavy metals, Phthalate, or Methanol. It meets international standards including EN14372, EN649-2011, and EC62321. SPC flooring offers excellent dimensional stability and is significantly more waterproof than solid wood. With a vast array of colors and patterns, it is ideal for houses, hotels, hospitals, and markets.
